Welcome
We can be so familiar with the scriptures that we hear them without listening and read them superficially. A change of perspective helps us to appreciate them for what they are: good news.
Lectio divina meditation provides that different perspective. The readings serve as introductory material to this straightforward reading-based form of meditation which is gaining renewed popularity as it is also thoroughly modern, being based on interaction between the text and the reader, recognising that reading is a two-way process.
